Jillian Sidoti specializes in transactional legal matters such as Private Placement Memorandums, Form 10's, S-1's, Regulation D filings, trademarks, copyrights, NDA's, contractual matters, and matters relating to the entertainment industry.
Jillian also spends her time speaking at seminars educating real estate investors on how to legally raise capital for their real estate investment projects. Prior to her legal career, Jillian owned and operated a record label enabling her to tour worldwide with artists, including visits to South Africa, Canada, Europe, and the United States. Using that experience, Jillian has been commissioned to write articles and contracts for many music industry entities. Currently, Jillian teaches Finance and Accounting for the BS and MBA programs at the University of Redlands, drawing on her experience as Financial Analyst, Controller, and CFO for many companies from manufacturing to real estate development. Jillian also teaches a Small Business Management class where students are taught the anatomy of a business plan. A CV is available upon request.

CM/ECF Certification - Bankruptcy Court Practice Dave Utley handles many of the office’s private equity offerings, business plans and administrative duties. He holds a paralegal certificate from the PJA Paralegal School and an MBA from the University of Redlands. Prior to working at the Law Offices of Jillian Sidoti, Mr. Utley worked as a paralegal at the Law Offices of Barbara Fein in Philadelphia PA where he specialized in mortgage foreclosures and related real estate matters. In 1996 he moved to California where he owned and operated successful Children’s Gym franchises in Encinitas and Temecula, CA for ten years. 
Mark DeVincentis has recently graduated from Boston College Law School in May 2009 with his Juris Doctor. During his time at Boston College Law School he was part of the Civil Litigation Clinic where he successfully represented indigent clients in housing, social security, custody, and landlord tenant matters. Mark also is a member of the Sports and Entertainment Society. Mark also has an accounting degree from UMass Amherst. Prior to attending law school, Mark graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. During his time at the University of Massachusetts Mark won numerous academic awards and was involved in many outside activities. Some of the awards and activities include: Golden Key National Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society, Award for Academic Achievement in Accounting and he was part of the Isenberg School of Management Undergraduate Leadership Council. Mark has also accumulated extensive work experience while attending school. He has worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers in their state and local tax department conducting narrowly tailored research in the tax code to meet specific client needs. Mark also gained experience as a research assistant for Professor Kent Greenfield and as a legal intern for the Elder Grant where he offered representation for over twenty elderly clients. Mark is currently working for The Law Offices of Jillian Ivey Sidoti in the entertainment division of the firm. He is specializing in copyright and trademark law for up and coming musicians and authors. Jason Dugas is a civil litigation attorney handling complex business and insurance litigation as well as personal injury claims. He graduated from the New England School of Law in Boston, MA in 2005, an institution known for its rigorous programs emphasizing practical legal webayriting and motion practice. In law school, Mr. Dugas was selected to intern with the Office of Massachusetts Attorney General, and earned academic distinction in administrative and constitutional law. During his last year of school, Mr. Dugas participated in the Consortium for Innovative Legal Education (CILE), and studied California civil and trial practice at the California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. Mr. Dugas worked for four years as a law-enforcement officer prior to attending law school, and began his advocacy by representing coworkers as a labor union officer. He participated in contract and wage negotiations, federal mediation, and represented his fellow officers in numerous disciplinary and termination hearings. Although he was able to gain several concessions in wage and work conditions for the union during his tenure, Mr. Dugas is most proud of his work resulting in the reinstatement of wrongfully terminated coworkers. Mr. Dugas is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California. Mr. Dugas is a proud resident of San Diego, where he is an active patron of the arts. An avid traveler, Mr. Dugas has lived and worked throughout Europe, Asia, and parts of Latin America.
